Record calls to mental health services during second lockdown

Victorians are seeking mental health support at record numbers as Melbourne enters a second coronavirus lockdown.

Lifeline is reporting a 22% increase in calls.
Calls to Beyond Blue have doubled in a fortnight.

Please remember: lockdown does not have to mean total shutdown of human connection.
